Overview
After a kitchen, bathroom or full-home renovation, fine dust settles everywhere, including inside cupboards and on air-conditioning vents. Post-renovation cleaning clears it so the finished work can be enjoyed. It is shaped by the type of work that was done.
Renovation dust is finer than normal household dust and gets into wardrobes, drawers, door frames and fittings. Cleaning works from ceilings and high surfaces downward, with careful wiping of new finishes such as wrapped surfaces, painted walls and fresh tiling. Adhesive smears, silicone haze and paint specks are treated with methods safe for each surface.
Newly installed finishes can be sensitive. Fresh paint, newly applied vinyl wrap or recently grouted tiles may need time to cure before heavy cleaning, and we will advise on timing. Scratches, grout haze that has set hard and paint overspray may not fully clear, and any repair work is a separate matter.
