Air conditioning runs for much of the year in Dubai, and dust gathers on vents, grilles and diffusers. AC vent cleaning clears this visible build-up and the surrounding surfaces. It is a practical step after construction, renovation or a dusty season.
The visible parts of the system are cleaned: supply and return grilles, diffusers and the ceiling or wall area around them. Grilles are removed where safe, brushed, wiped and refitted, and dust is vacuumed from reachable surfaces behind them. Floors and furniture are protected from falling dust. Cleaning them periodically also helps keep ceilings and walls from streaking around the vents.
This service covers accessible vents and surfaces. It does not include servicing the AC unit, coils, filters inside the air handler or deep duct work, which are separate maintenance tasks that may need the AC contractor or building management. Where building approval is needed to open ceilings or access shafts, please confirm this first.
