Architectural Vinyl Wrapping
Give a tired kitchen a fresh colour or finish by wrapping cabinet doors, drawers, panels and selected surfaces instead of replacing the kitchen.
Overview
Kitchen wrapping applies a durable decorative film over existing cabinets and panels, changing the look of the whole room while the layout, carcasses and appliances stay as they are. It suits Dubai villas and apartments where the kitchen works well but the finish has become dated, stained or no longer matches the rest of the home. WrapRevive assesses every door and edge before recommending it.
A kitchen wrap is usually planned as a complete scheme: doors, drawer fronts, end panels, plinths and sometimes the worktop or splashback area are considered together so colours and finishes feel coordinated. Handles can be reused, replaced or removed, and the film is wrapped around door edges so there are few visible seams.
Kitchens are hard on surfaces because of steam, grease, humidity and frequent cleaning, so preparation matters more here than in any other room. Doors are degreased thoroughly and checked for swelling, peeling laminate and loose edges. Doors beside the hob or oven, and any panels that are already damaged, are reviewed individually and may be excluded or treated differently.
Wrapping is a good fit when the cabinet structure is sound and you want a new colour, a quieter matte look or a fresh woodgrain. It is not a repair for water-damaged units, and if your layout or storage no longer suits you, renovation or new cabinetry may be more appropriate. We explain the options plainly at the site visit.
Final scope is confirmed in your written quotation after assessment.
Service Process
We inspect each surface for damage, swelling, peeling or heat exposure and confirm whether wrapping is suitable.
You choose a film design and finish from samples, viewed in your own lighting where possible.
Hardware is removed, surfaces are cleaned and degreased, and minor defects are repaired or filled.
Film is applied panel by panel, worked around edges and corners, and trimmed for clean lines.
Hardware is refitted, every panel is inspected, and we explain how to care for the new surface.

Usually most doors, drawer fronts and panels can be, provided they are sound and well bonded. We check each one during the survey and tell you which areas are not suitable.
Sustained heat can cause film to lift or distort, so doors and panels right beside hobs and ovens need careful review. We may recommend heat protection or another finish for those specific areas.
Yes. Handles can be reused, replaced or removed during the wrap. Changing hole positions may need extra work, which we confirm in the quotation.
A properly prepared surface and well-finished edges help the film cope with normal kitchen conditions. Cooking steam directly onto edges is a risk factor, so we discuss placement and extraction with you.
Film cannot hide or repair structural damage and may fail over it. Those doors would need repair or replacement first, and we will tell you honestly during the assessment.
