Commercial & Office Solutions
Architectural vinyl wrapping for office desks, doors, reception counters, joinery and panels, giving worn surfaces a fresh look with limited disruption.
Overview
Vinyl wrapping lets an office renew desks, doors, cabinets, meeting tables and built-in joinery without replacing them. It is faster and less disruptive than a full refit, and suits offices that need a cleaner, more consistent look. Surfaces must be sound for the film to hold, and we assess this first.
We start by walking the office and listing which surfaces are suitable: laminate, veneer, painted or metal furniture and joinery in reasonable condition. Each surface is cleaned and prepared, then the film is applied panel by panel with careful edge and corner finishing. A consistent colour or wood effect across mixed furniture can make an office look planned rather than patched together.
Wrapping is a surface solution. It will not repair swollen boards, broken hinges or crumbling edges, so damaged items may need repair or replacement first. High-touch areas such as desk edges and door handles see wear and may show marks sooner. Compared with full office renovation, wrapping is quicker and less disruptive, but it does not change layout or structure. Surface preparation and the condition of existing edges largely decide how well the film performs.
Results depend on the existing surface, texture, edge condition and the film selected. Work outside business hours or in sections can be discussed to limit disruption, subject to building rules. Landlord or management approval remains the client's responsibility, and we can advise on the information typically needed. Samples of the film are best checked against your existing furniture and lighting before the full order is placed.
Final scope is confirmed in your written quotation after assessment.

FAQ
This can be discussed during scoping, and whether it is practical depends on the building and the volume of work. It is confirmed in the proposal rather than assumed.
No. Damaged, swollen or heavily textured surfaces may not hold the film well. We assess each item before agreeing the scope.
We can offer close options from the available film ranges, though an exact match is not always possible. Samples help you judge in your own lighting.
Wrapped surfaces cope well with normal office use, but sharp objects, heat and abrasive cleaners can mark them. We give care guidance after installation.
If the wrapped items are part of the fixed fit-out, you should check with your landlord or management. Obtaining approval is the client's role, and we can advise on what information is usually requested.
