Architectural Vinyl Wrapping
Refresh a reception desk to match your brand palette and make a stronger first impression, without replacing the desk.
Overview
Reception desk wrapping covers the front, sides and top of an existing desk with decorative film, updating a high-visibility feature for offices, clinics, showrooms and hotels. It lets Dubai businesses refresh a first impression after a rebrand or refurbishment without the cost and waiting of a new fabricated desk.
The reception desk is the first thing visitors see, so its condition says a great deal about a business. Wrapping can introduce brand colours, a stone or timber look, or a clean matte finish. Panels, curved fronts, transaction tops and modesty panels are measured so seams fall in discreet places.
Reception desks vary widely in construction. Some are simple laminate boxes, others are curved, multi-level or incorporate glass and metal. We assess the shape, the joints and any lighting or cable openings, and plan cuts around them. Curved sections need extra care, and some highly complex shapes may be better treated by other methods.
Wrapping is a strong fit when the desk is sound and the objective is a new image on a short timeline. Work can usually be planned around opening hours, subject to building management and site access. If the desk is damaged or its layout no longer serves your team, redesign or replacement is a better route.
Final scope is confirmed in your written quotation after assessment.
Service Process
We inspect each surface for damage, swelling, peeling or heat exposure and confirm whether wrapping is suitable.
You choose a film design and finish from samples, viewed in your own lighting where possible.
Hardware is removed, surfaces are cleaned and degreased, and minor defects are repaired or filled.
Film is applied panel by panel, worked around edges and corners, and trimmed for clean lines.
Hardware is refitted, every panel is inspected, and we explain how to care for the new surface.
