The Customer Journey

Eight steps. No surprises.

Contact us by form, phone or WhatsApp. Tell us about the property, the service you need and any timing considerations. Photos help us understand the starting point.
Step 2
Consultation
We talk through your goals, preferences and budget expectations, and explain the options that suit the space, including when a lighter refresh may be enough.
Step 3
Site Assessment
Where needed, we visit to measure, inspect surfaces and services, and identify anything that could affect the work, such as damage, moisture or access restrictions.
Step 4
Quotation
You receive a written quotation setting out the scope, materials or finishes, and any assumptions. We do not give automatic prices without understanding the job.
Step 5
Scheduling
Once you approve the quotation, we agree dates, access arrangements and any building management requirements you need to arrange.
Step 6
Service Execution
Our team protects the area, carries out the work to the agreed scope and keeps you updated on progress.
Step 7
Final Inspection
We inspect the finished work with you, review every area and address any snags before we consider the job complete.
Step 8
Project Completion
We clean up, hand over the space and share care or maintenance guidance for the new finishes.

Will I receive a price immediately?

No. We review every request individually and may need a site visit. You will receive a written quotation once the scope is clear.

What happens after I submit the form?

Our team reviews your details and contacts you using your preferred method to discuss the project and next steps.

Are my photos and details kept private?
