Handyman & Property Maintenance
Planned and on-call upkeep of offices, covering partitions, doors, furniture, fittings and minor repairs.
Overview
Offices need to look and function properly for staff and visitors, and small faults reflect on the business. WrapRevive provides office maintenance for tenants, landlords and facilities managers, with visits planned to minimise disruption to the working day. Scope is agreed after seeing the premises.
An initial walk-through records the condition of doors, partitions, furniture, handles, fittings, sealants and wall finishes. Routine items can then be scheduled outside peak hours, with access and building management requirements taken into account. Typical tasks include adjusting doors, repairing desks and cabinets, fixing partitions, mounting screens and tidying minor wall damage.
What is practical depends on the lease, the fit-out and building rules, as landlords and tenants often split responsibility. Electrical, plumbing and air-conditioning faults need specialist trades, though WrapRevive can coordinate where available. Out-of-hours work, frequency and on-call support are discussed and agreed in writing, because they depend on the building and your operations.
Final scope is confirmed in your written quotation after assessment.
