Commercial & Office Solutions
Refurbish office desks, cabinets, workstations and meeting tables with repairs and new finishes instead of replacing furniture that is still sound.
Overview
Replacing all office furniture is costly and wasteful when much of it is still structurally sound. Refurbishment repairs, refinishes and sometimes re-wraps desks, cabinets and tables so they look consistent again. It suits offices with worn tops, chipped edges, loose hardware or mismatched pieces.
Each item is inspected for structural condition, surface wear, hardware faults and fitness for re-finishing. Repairs come first: tightening frames, replacing handles and runners, mending chipped edges and re-fixing laminate. Then the finish is renewed, often with vinyl wrapping for a uniform colour or wood effect, or with refinishing where the existing material suits it.
Refurbishment makes sense for good-quality desks and storage that have simply aged. It is less sensible for furniture with broken frames, water damage or failing boards, which are better replaced. Compared with office vinyl wrapping, refurbishment covers repair and hardware as well as the surface, so it suits furniture that needs more than a cosmetic change.
Results depend on the make and material of the furniture, the condition of edges and the finish chosen. Items can sometimes be worked on in place or collected for off-site work, and the practical approach is discussed during scoping. Phasing by department can be discussed so teams are not left without desks, though it is not promised.
Final scope is confirmed in your written quotation after assessment.

FAQ
For sound items it is often a more proportionate choice, though that depends on condition and finish. We give an item-by-item view after inspection.
In many cases yes, though some repairs are easier off-site. We discuss the best approach during scoping.
These are usually better replaced. We flag them early so you can plan properly.
