Leaving a rental in Dubai often means handing the property back in a condition the landlord or agent will accept. Move-out cleaning prepares the home thoroughly once your belongings are gone. It helps you present the property well at the final inspection.
The clean typically covers kitchens, bathrooms, built-in wardrobes, cupboards, windows and floors, with special attention to areas inspectors tend to check, such as oven interiors, extractor filters, tile grout and sliding door tracks. Doing it after the removals team has left means no area is blocked. Starting early in your final week leaves room to rebook if anything needs a second look.
Cleaning cannot repair wear and tear, scratches, damaged paint, burn marks or broken fittings, which are separate maintenance matters. WrapRevive does not control landlord or agent inspection outcomes and cannot promise a deposit refund. We recommend checking your tenancy agreement and the handover requirements before booking. Agents and landlords inspect differently, so please ask what they expect to see on handover day.
