Flooring Solutions
Luxury vinyl tile flooring with realistic stone, concrete and timber designs, glued down for a flat, durable finish.
Overview
Luxury vinyl tile, usually shortened to LVT, delivers a convincing look of stone, ceramic or wood in a resilient, easy-care floor. WrapRevive installs LVT in Dubai homes, offices and retail spaces where a polished, flat finish is wanted.
LVT is typically supplied as individual tiles or planks that are glued to the subfloor. This bonded installation gives a very flat, quiet surface and allows detailed layouts such as chequerboard, herringbone and borders. The printed designs, often with textured surfaces, can look remarkably close to natural materials while remaining softer and warmer underfoot than the real thing.
Because LVT is bonded directly to the base, the subfloor decides the outcome. Cracks, dips, residual adhesive and dampness all need to be addressed first, and a levelling compound is commonly used. Adhesive selection and curing time matter, and the room should be at a stable temperature during installation. Layouts are dry-planned so cuts at walls look balanced and pattern lines run true.
LVT is a precise product that rewards careful work and is less forgiving of rushed preparation. It is not the right choice over a slab with ongoing moisture, and it may be more demanding than click flooring if you want a quick, reversible install. We will explain the differences openly so you can choose between bonded tiles and a floating system.
Final scope is confirmed in your written quotation after assessment.
