Long, wood-look luxury vinyl planks with realistic grain, available in click or glue-down formats for homes and offices.
Overview
Luxury vinyl plank, or LVP, pairs the long-board look of timber with the practical benefits of vinyl. WrapRevive installs LVP in Dubai homes and commercial spaces, helping you choose between click and glue-down formats for the room.
LVP boards are usually wider and longer than standard vinyl and carry detailed wood-grain prints with surface texture that follows the pattern. The layers include a wear surface that protects the print, and the board is either a flexible vinyl core or a rigid core. This is where the choice of format matters, since it affects feel, how the floor handles an uneven base and how repairs are made.
Plank layout is the visual signature of this floor. We plan the direction relative to windows and main sight lines, stagger end joints so they do not repeat, and mix boards from several cartons so tone varies naturally. At doorways and room edges the layout is checked so the last row is a sensible width, rather than a thin sliver.
LVP is a good fit for timber lovers who want easier care than real wood. It is still a surface layer over your subfloor, so a flat, clean, dry base is essential, and heavy appliances or sharp point loads may leave marks on some products. We will give honest guidance on the right format and when an alternative such as SPC or engineered timber is wiser.
Final scope is confirmed in your written quotation after assessment.

Generally yes, as the surface is water-resistant, although spills should be wiped quickly and edges handled carefully. We confirm for the product you choose.
Heavy furniture can mark vinyl if dragged, so use pads and lift rather than slide. Some products tolerate loads better than others.
Regular sweeping and mopping with a mild cleaner and little water is usually enough. Avoid abrasive products and steam cleaners.
