Interior windows are cleaned with suitable glass products and tools, with frames, sills and tracks cleared of dust and debris first so that residue is not dragged across the glass. Exterior panes at ground, villa or balcony level can be reached with standard equipment, while upper floors are checked for access and building rules.
High-rise facade cleaning typically needs approved access systems controlled by building management, and is not something we assume is available. Etched glass, hard-water spotting that has bonded to the surface and scratches cannot always be removed, and weather and wind can affect when outside work is practical. Please check your building's rules before booking any outside work.
