Overview
Hotels and serviced apartments wear quickly under constant guest turnover. An interior refresh renews worn joinery, doors, headboards, corridors and public areas without a full refit. WrapRevive helps plan the work in phases so floors or blocks can be handled one at a time.
Work begins with a walk-through of sample rooms, corridors and public areas to record worn laminate, marked doors, scratched furniture and tired wall finishes. A phased plan is then proposed, often floor by floor or room block by block. Vinyl wrapping, repainting, flooring and minor joinery repairs are combined according to what each area needs.
A refresh is lighter than a full refurbishment. Wrapping bedroom furniture, doors, wardrobes and reception counters can update a property with fewer room closures, while structural changes, bathrooms and soft furnishings fall under larger projects. Heavily damaged items are better replaced than wrapped, and we will identify these during the survey.
Results depend on the property's occupancy, access rules, the condition of items and the finishes chosen. How many rooms can be taken out of service at once is for the hotel to decide, and phasing and out-of-hours working can be discussed but not promised. Owner, operator and management approvals are the client's to arrange.
