Overview
A chandelier is often the centrepiece of an entrance, dining room or lobby, and its installation needs care. WrapRevive handles the mounting, wiring and levelling of chandeliers and large pendants so they hang securely and look as intended.
Weight and ceiling construction come first. A heavy crystal or metal chandelier needs a fixing point that can carry the load, and a gypsum false ceiling cannot do this alone. The ceiling is assessed to decide whether a dedicated support to the structural slab is needed, which is particularly important in double-height villa entrances.
Height and positioning are discussed with you in advance, taking into account furniture, sight lines and clearances. Large fittings often arrive in many parts, and assembly can take some time, so it helps to have all components, the supplier's instructions and any spare parts available on the day of installation.
This service is suited to new purchases, relocations between properties and replacements of older fittings. Access equipment may be needed for high ceilings. If the existing ceiling box or wiring cannot support the fitting safely, you will be advised on what needs to change before it is hung.
