Ceiling Painting

Ceilings collect dust, cooking residues and condensation marks near air-conditioning vents, which can show through new paint if not treated. We clean and inspect the surface, fill small cracks and joints, and prime stained areas where appropriate. Gypsum and plaster ceilings are approached with care so edges and joints stay neat.

Overhead painting needs safe access and good coverage. Everything below is covered, lighting and fittings are protected, and rolled finishes are applied evenly to avoid visible lap marks. High ceilings in villas, double-height lobbies and atriums may need scaffolding or platforms, which we scope in advance. Lighting is switched off and covered where needed, and fittings are cleaned and left tidy afterwards.

If a ceiling is stained because of a leak from above or a faulty AC drain, the cause must be fixed first, otherwise the stain will reappear. Sagging or cracked gypsum may need repair rather than simply painting. The final scope is confirmed after inspection. Textured or damaged ceilings may need more preparation, which we flag after inspecting them closely.
